WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM BAY STATE CLEAN-OUT SERVICES?

We give each project a 2 hour base. Our team members will be uniformed and professional. We will take care of all aspects of the job including removing from any location all items you want removed, sort all items for recycling, completely cleanup our work area.

HOW MANY CUBIC YARDS IS A FULL LOAD?

Our equipment is 15 cubic yards. Most companies only give you 13 cubic yards or less. We provide you with more space at no additional cost.

IS BAY STATE CLEANOUT SERVICES A FULL SERVICE COMPANY?

Yes, we provide you with two uniformed team members that do all the work for you. We will retrieve items from anywhere on your property. You point to what you want gone and we do the rest.

CAN YOU DO THE JOB IF I AM NOT PRESENT?

Yes, we can arrange details by phone or email. We just need the the lock box code, e-signed work order and confirmed payment.

We inspect all of your unwanted items to determine which ones, can be donated to a local North Shore Massachusetts charity.

We separate all of your recyclable (glass, metal, etc.) and compostable items (ex: landscape debris).

We drop off all donation items, recyclables and compostables to their respective facilities to fulfill our personal and corporate obligation to help make the world a better place for all future generations.

At BayState Cleanout, we schedule appointments in two hour increments, Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm ET.  However, with that said, we’re also very flexible.  If you have an emergency and need help outside of our normal business hours, just give us a call and we’d be happy to help.
